 Acknowledgement * -This project entitled;-  "ELIMIKA,BANDILIKA,NJIA IMARIKA." - is derived from Kiswahili language terms, to mean in English;-"EDUCATION,CHANGE,FOR ENBETTER,WAY OF LIFE." 

 -The whole ldealogy of the project creation was formed and discovered by, Simon Gatungo Gachui, own creativity.- He had vision and mission to start his own film production co.ltd, as his lifetime career job,  enterpenure bussiness calling. 

 PROJECT FORMATION :

-This project planning of paperworks files, started way back on August/3rd/2007 -  2011.- Upto date, compeletion paperworks drafts ,of the 1st season series, are met already, set for practial fields, trainning to screening works.                   

 < B : a,>* PROJECT PARTNERS AND OFFICE ARRANGEMENT.

- This project consisit of five CO. parties offices of control. Namely:-

I}  HEAD OF ALL OFFICE: - lt is the 1st office party in this 
project association.- lt is controlled/run by Project C.E.O/Director, who is the legitimate project owner and leader ruler, towards all project  association bussiness procedure.

II}PROJECT FOUNDATION OFFICE/BANK :-lt's the 2rd praty of association in this project.( Under our project artical 1 : 7 relation )

III} BOARD OF DIRECTORS :- They are the 3rd praty in this project.- Their authority power is under Project C . E . O rule. Base on terms and conditions agreement with lime with limited liabilites of this company/project act LAW. - Their duties include,- offering project service + equipments,- rendaring manegerial  skilled working staffs and fund disburdment in the whole project.Iv}PROJECT lV}SENIORS OFFICES/PARTNERS:- They are the 4th praty in this project association.- Their authority power is under control of board of directors.-Their duties include,- project super vision,- assistance of board of directors with managerial skills installation.
